Dr David H. Bennett Until the end of 2000, Dr Bennett was the Executive Director of the Australian Academy of the Humanities and the Executive Director of National Academies Forum. He has published on environmental philosophy, particularly environmental ethics, the ethical treatment of non-human animal species, and population issues relating to the environment. In relation to these topics, he has worked in Western ethics, Australian Aboriginal ethics, and Taoism.
